CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 10 minute grace period before a $25 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes you will be considered a no show and your appointment will be cancelled. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no call, no show) will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice may also be subject to you being charged the remaining balance at my discretion. Repeated no-shows or showing up late will result in restricted booking privileges. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment or on the same day will also forfeit your deposit. At TyMeless Loc Studio, pricing is based on the amount of time since your last appointment serviced by me, not another stylist. If your hair has been maintained, retwisted, styled, repaired, or otherwise serviced by another loctician between appointments, your pricing will still be determined by the last appointment completed at TyMeless Loc Studio. This is because I must reassess the condition, integrity, and consistency of your locs before continuing maintenance. Clients returning after extended periods, excessive rescheduling, cancellations, or outside maintenance may be subject to: * Extended maintenance fees * Correction fees * Consultation requirements before booking * Possible refusal of service if the work does not align with my standards or policies Please understand that these policies are in place to protect the quality of my work, maintain scheduling fairness, and ensure the best care for your locs.
