CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 15 minute grace period before a $25 late fee will be applied. After 25 minutes you will be considered a no show and your appointment will be cancelled. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no call, no show) will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, the remaining balance must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. You will be unable to schedule any new appointments until your balance is paid. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment or on the same day will also forfeit your deposit.
